I haven't gotten a chance to read the first book, but the second book was awesome!!!

This book made me soooo happy to read.  In the end of the second book, you don't know what happens to Grant, and that really bothered me. 

In this book you see how he is living now, and how happy he is to see Caroline again!!

The ending was spectacular!!

This is a true feel good romance book!!

Again, I was soooo excited to read a continuation in a series that I love.

The highlander series talks about many characters in each book, and I can never wait to read the next one to find out what happens to them!!

Paula gives a great description of how the highland ways were, and how one event can change the lives of many.

In this book, Connor and Mairi have a history that they can't seem to shake.

They are both stubborn, and no matter what they think, very much in love!!  Just don't tell them that!!

This is a must read if you have been following the series.  It is also great on its own!!

I really hate to say bad things about anything, but I had a very hard time reading this book.

It was a very slow read, that had very little action until the end. 

Kendrew was a very stubborn character, who had no real reason to be.

Isobel was kind of flighty, and just couldn't seem to accomplish anything, including landing Kendrew!!

The ending did get a little better though!!
