OK, I am a kid at heart. I love to play with my boys toys, and learn all about the fun new things out there!!
When I was asked to review a pair of Heelys, my first thought was "Are they going to fit??" I thought they were just for kids??
Heelys has their famous roller shoes for Adults!! How cool is that!!
Now I got to try the Double Threat shoes. These are Black, Grey and Orange and the colors go so well together.
When the shoes came in, they did not have the wheels in them yet.
I gave Ben the job of putting them in, and it only took him about 2 minutes to do. The shoes came with a tool to remove the black cover, and pop the wheels in. It was soooo simple!!!
Once the wheels were in, the shoes were put on!!
Now mind you, I have not gone skating in a long time. I wasn't sure how I would do at first, so I had Ben hold me just in case.
It was a good thing, because I took off and fell on my tush!!!!
Like the Little Train that Could, I kept chanting "I think I can, I think I can" and guess what, I did!!!
I finally got the hang of it, and I was off and rolling!!!
What has been the most fun for me, is wearing the shoes to work, and when delivering packages, I get to wheel back down the driveway!!! I have only fallen twice!!!
