Old Mother Hubbard’s classic recipe was originally developed as a wholesome snack for fisherman while out at sea. One day, a sailor threw a biscuit to his dog who happily gobbled it up. The rest, as they say, is history. Today, Old Mother Hubbard continues to build on this tradition by baking a wide variety of naturally delicious snacks for dogs and to celebrate its 90th anniversary, we’re hosting a day for the dogs!
We would love for you and your dog to join us for the festivities:
· Where: Gloucester Dog Park at Stage Fort Park, 24 Hough Ave, Gloucester, MA 01930
· When: Saturday, June 18 from 10am – 2pm,
· What: Costume contest with pets dressing up as famed Boston-area legends, from Paul Revere to Larry Bird; pups and reps from the Cape Ann Animal Shelter; doggy ice cream trucks and biscuit bars.
This sounds like so much fun!! I hope a lot of you can go. Please let me know if you can!!
