Last week I was invited to an event hosted by Dannon and Stop & Shop to try Dannons Light & Fit Tiramisu Flavored Greek Nonfat Yogurt. This limited edition yogurt is only available at Stop & Shop, and only for a short time!!

When we hit the dairy aisle, we were introduced to Dannons Light & Fit Tiramisu Flavored Greek Nonfat Yogurt!!
This light and tasty yogurt is a perfect snack food that won't make you feel guilty about eating it. With only 80 calories, 12 grams of protein and 7 grams of sugar, you can eat plenty!!
The tiramisu flavor is not over powering, and as with some yogurts, this has no yucky after taste. When I sampled the yogurt, I thought it would taste perfect with pretzels. I am a sweet and salty kind of girl!! My Husband loved them too, and ate three on the way home!!
