On my trip last month to California, one of the spectacular things I got to do was meet with Jodi Benson who voices Ariel in the Little Mermaid, and also Barbie in Toy Story!
My favorite Disney movie when I was a kid was The Little Mermaid. I still love it to this day!!
We just got back from Disney World, and the new Fantasy Land has a terrific Little Mermaid Ride called Under the Sea. You get to experience the movie in a whole new light. We loved it!! If you are heading down there anytime soon, make sure you check it out!!
Before we sat down to interview Jodi, we sat together with her, Ron Clements, and John Musker for a round table sort of interview. Afterwards, we were gifted with a song sung by Jodi Benson. What a true honor it was to hear her sing.
I video taped the interview with Jodi so I can always treasure it!! She is an intelligent and lovely women. She was such a delight to talk to.
