When I was younger, I was not very good about teeth brushing!!  I hated to do it, and I really didn't care about future problems.  Back then I had never even heard of Electric Toothbrushes!!

Now that I am older and I would like to think more responsible, I make sure that my teeth are number one priority in my beauty regiment.

I have seen pictures of teeth that are really bad, and I refuse to ever look like that!!  I will not let my family get that way either!!  We visit the dentist twice a year, brush at least twice a day, and just do our best to keep our teeth top notch!!

Ben Sr has been asking to get one of the power toothbrushes for a long time now, so he was very excited when I told him I would get him a Philips Sonicare PowerUp Toothbrush to use from Walmart.

He loves it!!  We were both amazed at how powerful the PowerUp is.  It runs on just two double A batteries!!

It gives a very deep clean to your teeth.  The bristles get into those hard to reach spots, and it even makes your breath fresher!!  What I love the most is the fact that it shuts off by itself after two minutes (recommended time frame for brushing!!)  That way you do not have to worry about dead batteries if it gets left on by accident!!

Douglas wants one too!!  He saw Daddy brushing, so he wanted to try it out.  We told him when he gets a little bigger he can get one!!

The Phillips Sonicare PowerUp Toothbrush is less then $20 at Walmart, and so are the replacement heads!!  A great price for the amount of care you get!!  A month's worth of brush strokes in a day!!

Now we are trying to think of creative ways to use Ben's manual toothbrush so it doesn't go to waste.  I have used toothbrushes in the past to clean grout in the bathtub, but with this one, I am going to use it to clean out the slats on our fan.  It is just the right size!!

Love all the photos of your family! My husband has had electric toothbrushes in the past, but not for a while, so now he's been wanting another one. I think the PowerUp is going to be a great option since it's under $20.
