Everyone knows that milk is good for you.  We all grew up with the commercials with the kids who drink milk and grow to be what they want to be!!


Some milk is better for you when you get older.  Whole milk is the best for younger children, then you gradually wean them down to 2%, 1% and then if you are lucky skim/fat free milk.


I am very lucky to have two kids that were very easy to wean down.  We had no problems at all.  We usually drink 1% milk, but if the kids want chocolate, then it is skim/fat free milk.  


Over the Moon makes yummy, great tasting milk in 1% and fat free, and their chocolate milk is fat free!!!

The milk is great tasting and is full of Calcium and Protein.  The chocolate milk is very chocolaty, so I sometimes blend it with white milk to dull the chocolate taste.


Over the Moon milk is a little more expensive then store brand milk, but they offer a lot of coupons which makes the price much better!!


We stocked up on Over the Moon milk the other day.  I had a couple $1 off coupons, and Big Y doubled them!!!
