Country Crock Chronicle- Fun With Potatoes!!

This post is sponsored by Country Crock. I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls Collective, and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.

This was such a fun project to do!!!  We got to build Volcano's!!!

Country Crock has some awesome recipes in the Clare Crespo Cookbook to help your kids eat their veggies.

The recipes make eating the food fun.

When I told Ben Jr, that he gets to play with his food, he yelled at me and said that it was wrong to play with your food.  He couldn't figure out why I was letting him this time!!

The recipe we used (which you can find here) called for

4 yams or sweet potatoes
1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread (70% less saturated fat and 30% fewer calories than butter, 0g trans fat, RD approved, Recommended in 2010 Dietary Guidelines)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 cup cranberry sauce.

We changed it a little because we had red potatoes at home and all the other ingredients all ready.

Here are our Volcano's.  Are we artists or what!!!
