Prenatal Pilates With Dale Shea Review

Dale Shea has been a certified Pilates instructor through the Physical Mind Institute since 2001. She also holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from The George Washington University. For the past 10 years she has utilized her education and dance background to build her own Pilates studio.

Ben and I are not very good at exercising.  We really need to start doing it more often, but you know the drill.  Two jobs each, two kids, and extreme exhaustion does not leave much time. 

Plus, most of the exercise videos out there are just plain hard!!!  I can't figure out how those people can bend and twist like that!!

So needless to say, Ben and I started out safe, and tried Dales DVD.

If pregnant ladies can do this, we can too!!!

Dale makes the exercises challenging, but easy enough for out of shape (or very pregnant ladies) to do.

It was a good work out, that left us sore, but was worth it!!

We have actually been doing it at least once a week now for the last couple of weeks.

If you are pregnant, know someone who is, or are just plain out of shape like us, this is a must have!!
