Casa di Bertacchi Meatballs Review

Casa Di Bertacchi meatballs trace their roots back to Mario Bertacchi, who founded a small New Jersey meat market in the 1920’s and eventually developed a sought-after recipe for hearty, flavorful meatballs.

Today, we still make our meatballs using the cherished family recipe. They're:

•Fully cooked to make every recipe quicker and simpler
•Prepared with quality beef and real Italian ingredients
•Seared and steamed in the traditional way
Our meatballs are the heart of our business. That means you'll find mouthwatering taste and quality in every bite.

These are some really good meatballs!!!

They are currently only sold at Sam's but they are worth getting a membership to the store to get!!!

I didn't receive a coupon for the meatballs, but I did receive a cookbook called "101 Things To Do With Meatballs" by Stephanie Ashcraft.

We tried a couple different recipes out of the cookbook using the Casa Di Bertacchi Meatballs.

The first recipe we tried was the Bacon Wrapped Meatballs. Very simple yet delicious. All you do is wrap the meatballs with bacon and bake for about 20 minutes. Yummy!!

The second recipe we tried was Italian Style Cocktail Meatballs. That was easy too. You add brown sugar, tomato sauce, and red wine and simmer for a little while. Oh that was good!!!!

You can get your own copy of Stephanie's cookbook by heading to Casi di Bertacchi's site.
