I think this is a great invention!!

I hate taking pills. I have to take a couple a day to keep me alive (don't ask lol) but I hate to take them.

Of course I refuse to take vitamins because they come in pill form!!!

When I was given the chance to try AlternaVites, I said OK, because it isn't a pill!!

AlternaVites come in these easy to open little packets. You rip them open, and swallow the vitamins down!!

Oh and the best part, it tastes good!!!

I don't mind taking them this way!!

The only thing I don't recommend is mixing the vitamins with a warm cup of tea. I pored the vitamins in the tea, and it made the tea un-drinkable!!!
