This is a book I highly recommend for College Students to read BEFORE starting College.

Carl Powe is a military man. He has spent over 50 years in the work force. He has done a wide variety of command positions with the Military, and held many jobs in technical fields including the aerospace industry. This man knows a thing or two about Career goals and planning for retirement.

One of his key pieces of advice is to plan for retirement as early as possible!!

That is one thing my Husband and I did. When we first got married, we decided to have our first child, first home, and start saving for retirement by the time we were 30. We did all that.

I really found the chapters on Entrepreneurism and What is Work really helpful and interesting. Dr.Powe goes into specifics on what it takes to start your own business, and the steps needed to keep it going strong.

Dr.Powe also references alot of great resources for writing and improving your resume the right way.
