Bauli Italian Croissants Review And ~~Giveaway~~

**All opinions expressed are 100% my own.  I was not compensated for this post.  I was given product for review purposes.**

A century has past since Ruggero Bauli first dreamt to live and work in America.

After having great success all over the world Bauli is ready to live out his dream. Bauli has now established the U.S. Headquarters providing Authentic Specialty confections of the finest quality

Bauli is in 70 countries on 5 continents

Bauli is excited to extend its authentic Italian baked goods and holiday products to retailers in the US market. Expanding into new product categories Bauli has introduced a line of Italian-style croissants. Currently, croissants account for 50% of Bauli's total production.

Today, Bauli has sales in over 70 countries on 5 continents, 5 production facilities, 31 manufacturing lines and 27 distribution centers and is a beloved brand for both holidays and year round pastry lovers.

One of the best things about my job is getting to try awesome new foods.  Seriously, who wouldn't want eating as part of their job description!!

Bauli Authentic Italian foods sent us some of their croissants to taste test, and I am in love!!

We were sent Vanilla Custard, Chocolate, and Cherry full sized croissants, and their chocolate mini croissants.

Like Bauli's holiday Pandoro and Panettone, the Bauli croissants are made using a "mother dough." Water and flour are progressively added to this nucleus to create a croissant dough with natural yeast instead of chemical additives, allowing it to rise naturally.

After 18 hours of natural leavening, the croissants are soft and flavorful with a delicious aroma.

They also stay fresh for much longer than most bread or cakes, without any added preservatives.

Each croissant was absolutely delicious!!  My personal favorite is the chocolate ones.  The croissants themselves are a little denser then croissants I am used too, but they are light and airy and just plain yummy.

The chocolate croissants seemed to have a little more filling then the others, but each has a good amount of filling.

These croissants are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert!!

If you are looking for a tasty new snack, give Bauli's croissants a shot.  You won't be disappointed!!

Bauli's also has Panettones in traditional, chocolate and gluten free, and Pandoro's in traditional and lemon flavors!!

You can purchase your own Bauli products right from Amazon, and have them shipped to your door!!

How would you like to sample some of the croissants??  One lucky reader is going to get two of each flavor in full size and two bags of the chocolate minis!!
