CONTEST DESCRIPTION: The Contest will consist of three (3) Phases: During Phase 1, which willrun from 7:00:00 AM PT on October 24, 2011 through 11:59:59 PM PT on November 21, 2011 (“Entry Period”), Eligible Participants will have the opportunity to submit their registration form and upload their Photograph that fits one of the following five (5) categories: 1) Cutest Baby: includes a child from the ages of 0 to 24 months old; 2) Cutest Child: includes a child from the ages of 25 months to 10 years old; 3) Cutest Family: includes a minimum of one adult and one child; 4) Cutest Couple: includes the entrant and his/her partner; 5) Cutest Pet and Owner: includes the entrant and his/her pet (the “Entry”). During Phase 2, which will run from 12:00:00 AM PT on November 22, 2011 through 11:59:59 PM PT on November 30, 2011 (“Community Voting Period”), the community will have the opportunity to vote on each entry, and then the ten (10) top-voted entries in each category will be declared Finalists and will move on to Phase 3. Up to a maximum of ten (10) (as determined by Sponsor) top-voted entries in each Category will be declared Finalists (each such person a “Finalist”) in their respective category. During Phase 3, which will run from 12:00:00 AM PT on December 5, 2011 through 11:59:59 PM PT on December 16, 2011 (“Community “Finalist” Voting Period”), the ten (10) Finalists in each category will have their Entry displayed online and members of the online community will be given the opportunity to vote each Finalist entry. The Finalist who receives the greatest number of votes during this Phase will be declared the Grand Prize winner, the Finalist who receives the greatest number of votes during this Phase in the category for which it was entered will be declared a First Prize winner, and the Finalists who receive the second and third greatest number of votes during this Phase in the category for which they were entered will be declared Runners-up. All Winners/Finalists are subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
