Splenda Review And ~~Giveaway~~ 10 Winners!!

I have a wicked sweet tooth (teeth.) Just ask my dentist who yanked out a wisdom tooth yesterday!!

When I was given a chance to try Splenda, the no calorie sweetener, I had to try it.

I have been using it in my tea, instead of regular sugar, and I can't taste the difference!!

We also made these delicious Coconut Bars!!

Coconutty Bars

Servings: 18 servings

Ingredients:
½ cup butter
¼ cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend, packed
1 cup flour
2 eggs
¼ cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1½ cups coconut
1 cup chopped pecans


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the butter, ¼ cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend and flour until a dough forms. Press into a 13X9 baking pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Blend the eggs, remaining ¼ cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend, vanilla, flour and baking powder. Stir in the coconut and the pecans.
Spread the filling onto the par-baked crust.
Return to the oven for 20 minutes.
