"Burt Prelutsky's latest book knocks the socks off

Burt Prelutsky, who made his mark as a humor columnist for the L.A. Times and as a
writer for M*A*S*H, Mary Tyler Moore, Bob Newhart, Family Ties, Dr. Quinn and
Diagnosis: Murder, has quickly made a name for himself as one of the few funny
conservative bloggers - sort of an Ann Coulter with shorter legs and less hair, but better
table manners.
In his latest book, Liberals: America's Termites (or It's a Shame That Liberals, Unlike
Hamsters, Never Eat Their Young), he lays waste to the Left in 13 chapters, including
"Justice is Blind, Also Deaf and Dumb," "Islam is a Peaceful Religion, and If You Don't
Believe It, They'll Cut Off Your Head," "Why Do 80% of Jews Vote Like 90% of
Blacks?" "Why Do 90% of Blacks Vote Like 80% of Jews?" and "Hollywood Would
Rather Make Trouble Than Movies."
In his foreword, Bernard Goldberg compares Prelutsky to Mark Twain. Other members
of the author's fan club include Andrew Breitbart ("Prelutsky is one of a small handful of
conservatives in Hollywood who, with an insider's credentials, write from a devout and
defiant perspective, and perhaps the only one who does it humorously.") Other fans

Burt Prelutsky was born in Chicago and raised in L.A. I wrote a humor column for the
L.A. Times and was the movie critic for Los Angeles magazine. As a freelancer, I have

OK, if you judge a book by its cover, then this book will bore the hell out of you!!! I mean come on, the first word is Liberals!!!
Who wants to read about them??
I do have to give Burt credit though. I was quite amused by the way he phrases things!!
Burt's take on the world is how a lot of us would love to think, but we can't because we are sheep!!! lol
Burt's takes on Lawyers, judges and presidents had me rolling on the floor.
Some of the things he says might be a little too far out there for some.
When I read this book, I kept my mind open, and tried not to take offence to anything (like his takes on Teachers when my family consists of 4 teachers)
Over all, if you don't mind reading about politics and such, this book will keep you entertained!!!
