Mountain Hard Wear Review

Living in New England can be pretty and nice. Except for winter!!! lol

I am the kind of person who prefers cold over hot, but not Arctic temperatures!!

Luckily, this September has kept fairly warm. I haven't had to turn the heat on yet!!

But, there have been a couple mornings that have been chilly enough for a light jacket.

I am very glad that my good friend Val at Mountain Hard Wear sent me Le Hoody Royal to help with the cold!!

Two front handwarmer pockets
Thumb loops keep hands warm
Flat-lock seam construction eliminates chafe
Detailed with water-based placement print
Usage: Crag to Casual
Fabrics: V7™ Organic Fleece (40% organic cotton, 34% polyester, 26% cotton)
Details: 1 lb. 4 oz. (565 g.); CBL – 28”; Duffel, Black; Retails for $85

This hoody is soooo warm!! It fits perfectly, and I love the thumb holes.

It dropped to 38* the other day, and I was quite warm in this hoody!!

Mountain Hard Wear has a great variety of products for every nature lover!!

This is the Flip Sleeping Bag

Keep comfortable in a range of conditions: turn the 25º side up for warmth on cold nights, or flip the bag in milder weather for a 40º rating. Semi-rectangular shape is roomy and can be zipped together with another semi-rectangular bag. Unzip all the way for a comfy, warm camping blanket.
•Flip the bag from one side to the other to change temperature rating
•Roomy and versatile semi-rectangular cut
•Off-set quilt construction eliminates cold spots from seams
•Can be zipped to another rectangular bag or unzipped as a blanket
•Adjustable draw cord top
•Zippered chest storage pocket

I also love The Trad Backpack!!

The top loading four season wonder: trekking, hiking, climbing and skiing. The CoolWave Plus suspension keeps you cool and comfortable and the spacer mesh hipbelt delivers a comfortable carry. Daisy chain and full wrap compression straps for strapping on gear. Extra-beefy 840D HT Ballistic Nylon bottom and tough 420D HD Nylon front panel resists damage from rocks, ice and tools.
•HardWave framesheet resists round-out and preserves flexibility while providing good load support
•Center 7075 high strength aluminum stay for load support
•Hard wearing 840D HT Ballistic Nylon bottom resists damage from rocks
•Padded air mesh backpanel is cool and comfortable
