OCEAN COMPLETE SINUS IRRIGATION REVIEW AND ~~GIVEAWAY~~

I was so glad to find this system!! My Husband and I suffer from allergies, and I have alot of Sinus issues that add to my horrible Migraines!!!

Of course I made Ben try it first!! He is my human guinea pig!! The nasal irrigation system is very easy to operate. There are two nozzles. One for a large blast, and one for a mist. We used the large blast first. Of course we both coughed and had some liquid come shooting out of our noses, but it really did make things feel cleaner in our noses.

After the large blast, the next day we tried the mist. That was much easier to deal with. I think I would use the large blast if I had a cold. The mist is much nicer for every day use.

We have used the mist for the last 4 days, and our sinuses are feeling much better!!

I even used the Children's saline for my youngest son. He has a minor head cold. Using the saline really helped break up some of the yucks in his nose, and he could breath alot easier. Of course he hates things going up his nose, but if it makes him feel better, that is good for me!!

I really do like this system, and I recommend it for anyone with sinus trouble. It has helped me.

I don't know if its because of this system or not, but I also haven't had a migraine in days!!
