I love Fish!! Baked Fish, Fried Fish any type of fish!!! That's why I love to work with Gorton's!!
Besides the fact that I am supporting a great local company (Gloucester, MA!!) they also have some mighty tasty frozen dishes to make your meal great!!
Gorton's sent me a couple of product coupons to try some of their fish. We chose the Garlic and Herb Fillets and Lemon Pepper Battered Fillets. Yummy!!!
Both were absolutely delicious, and even the boys loved it (Hubby doesn't like a lot of fish and he loved it!) They had the right amount of seasoning, and were crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside!!
Being a Catholic during Easter, these dishes came in handy for Fridays!!

for easter - we always decorate the front window - this yr the kids did a cross with Happy easter in front of it and at the bottom was grass, bunnies and eggs. The kids were knowledgable enough to know that the Easter eggs shouldn't go at the bottom of the cross - jsut not right.
