At first this book made me cry. What poor Megan goes through with the loss of her brother, and then her boyfriend is horrible.

Megan is a fighter though. She wont give up on the thought that her brother is Innocent.

Megan works very hard to solve the murder that her brother is convicted of.

She also learns to deal with Cole.

Cole was Megan's boyfriend and a detective. When he becomes the arresting officer of Megan's brother, he realizes that he can no longer have a relationship with her.

Cole tries hard to get Megan out of his head, but she keeps coming back.

When new murders start taking place, and Megan becomes involved, her and Cole need to figure out their relationship again.

The ending of this book is top notch!!!
